Welcome to Hobgood Park Baseball

Hobgood park strives to provide, maintain and develop quality and wholesome youth recreational sports activities and facilities for both girls
and boys in our community. All of our coaches and volunteers place an emphasis on teaching fundamental skills and sportsmanship to the players
within the league. In addition, a strong emphasis is placed on enjoying the great sport of baseball.
Fall registration is almost here!
Hobgood Park is preparing for another exciting fall season! Registration begins July 6, 2009 and ends August 1, 2009. Opening day is Saturday, September 12, 2009! Be sure to sign up early!

Rule Change for 13 year olds and up
Only -3 bats will be allowed beginning in 2009. Please see your coach for more information on this change.

If you are in need of apparel or equipment, please consider shopping at Kessler’s Team Sports on Hwy 92. Hobgood has a partnership with Kessler’s and your choice to shop with them will benefit HPYA and help with fundraising efforts.
