• Replaced score stands.
• Raised the level of backstop and went straight up with the backstop on Field #5.
• Reattached netting on field #5
• 2 New Batting Cage one upper fields, one on the lower fields.
• Additional Trash Cans and facilitieson Lower Fields
• Built Road behind Field #1.
• Drainage behind left field fence on Field #1 at the front entrance
• Railing at Front entrance
• Striping of Parking Lot to add additional parking spaces
• Added dirt to all fields
• Concrete Work:
  • Concrete in walk-way at main entrance
  • Concrete under bleachers on fields 7 and 8
  • Concrete between maintenance shed and asphalt
  • Concrete pad for dumpster behind field #1
• Replaced fencing down the foul lines on Field #1, #6, #2, #3, #7, #8 to eliminate the curled fence at the bottom.
• Purchased a seeder used to over-seed with winter rye in the fall.
• Purchased and installed lighting controls that allow precise scheduling of lights and reduce the cost of lighting the fields.
• 2008 Fall Season the largest fall on record at Hobgood with over 800 participants.
• Revenue Generating Contract with Up Shots Photography

• Split the 9s and 10s into two separate leagues.
• Moved scoreboards on Field #7 and #8
• Refurbished and/or replaced all bleachers on upper deck

• Revamped Coaching Seminar
• Installed electronic sprinkler controls replacing 1960s timer technology including commercial grade timers with rain sensors.
• Installed automatic flush mechanisms on majority of our toilets.
